  First of all I want to say terrific blog! I
  had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
  I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.
  I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
  I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
  are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
  Any recommendations or tips? Kudos!

  With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or
  copyright violation? My website has a lot of unique content I've
  either written myself or outsourced but it appears a
  lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do
  you know any ways to help reduce content from being stolen? I'd really appreciate it.

  When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment
  is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment. Is there a means you
  can remove me from that service? Thank you!
